Getting a vehicle stuck off the road is easier than most drivers expect and harder to get out of than most realise. Whether it is mud on a rural road, deep snow near a shoulder, soft ground on an unpaved track, or a vehicle that has gone further from the road than planned, our off-road recovery equipment handles it. We carry extended winch lines for vehicles that are not immediately accessible from the road surface, assess the terrain and exit angle before beginning, and extract the vehicle using controlled, steady tension to avoid making the situation worse.
Standard flatbed trucks use a rear tilt angle that can cause contact with the bumper, splitter, or undercarriage of vehicles with extreme low clearance. A tilt-tray lowers its entire platform much closer to the ground, reducing that angle significantly and making clean drive-on or winch-on loading possible for vehicles that would scrape on a standard flatbed. This is the right choice for heavily modified performance cars, show vehicles, exotic vehicles with aggressive aero kits, and any vehicle with custom bodywork that sits close to the road surface.
Some vehicles end up in positions where they cannot be driven out and cannot be loaded directly onto a truck without first being moved to a more accessible location. Winch recovery applies controlled pulling force through recovery lines attached to manufacturer-approved anchor points on the vehicle to move it to a position where it can be safely loaded. We assess the vehicle, the ground conditions, and the direction of extraction before attaching anything so the recovery is done correctly from the start.

Regular towing involves a vehicle in a standard position that can be loaded directly. Accident recovery involves vehicles that may be overturned, wedged, blocking traffic, or surrounded by hazards. It requires specialist equipment, additional safety procedures, and experience working in active incident scenes.
Vehicles with extreme low clearance, aggressive front splitters, wide body kits, heavily modified suspension, or custom undersides that would contact the loading edge of a standard flatbed are the best candidates for tilt-tray.
