We provide emergency roadside assistance and towing services in Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area, including towing, battery boosts, flat tire changes, lockout assistance, fuel delivery, and winching. All services are subject to availability, coverage area, and road conditions.
When you contact us for service, you agree to provide accurate location and vehicle information, ensure that an adult (18+) is present to authorize service, and remain with or near your vehicle unless it is unsafe to do so. We may decline requests where accurate information cannot be confirmed.
Payment is due at the time of service. We provide an upfront price quote before any work begins — there are no hidden fees. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit. Fleet and account customers are invoiced on agreed terms.
Cancellations before dispatch: no charge. Cancellations after dispatch: a call-out fee may apply. Cancellations on arrival: the full service fee may apply. If you have extenuating circumstances, please speak with our team.
We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, losses caused by factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, road closures), or indirect and consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
You must confirm the tow destination before the tow begins. Changes after towing commences may incur additional fees. We are not responsible for personal items left in a towed vehicle.
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce our content without written permission. We may update or discontinue website features at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
